With Safari 5, users can now extend the functionality of the browser with third-party extensions.

  • Gentle Status Bar - Fades in to show you where links lead without Safari's always-on status bar. (Originally by Daniel Matarazzo)
  • TickerBar - Adds a new toolbar with a scrolling ticker of your favourite web feeds.
  • CEOP Button - Adds a toolbar button that leads directly to the CEOP abuse reporting page.
